Basket Weave Bag
Come join us to make this lovely Basket Weave Bag designed by Irene Lin! Made in one piece, this bag is knit top down, in the round, with a simple combo of knits, purls, increases and decreases.
Choose from a small, medium and large.
You will need:
- A copy of the pattern (purchase here)
- Worsted weight yarn (Mystical Marl is a good choice, otherwise choose a worsted cotton/cotton blend); 218, 327, or 436 yards depending on size
- US 6 20”+ circular needle
- Removable stitch markers
- Waste yarn or stitch holder cords
- Tapestry needle
Get a head start by doing the cast on and the first 7 rows of the pattern before class.
